AB Monitorz Terms of Service
By purchasing, installing, or using an AB Monitorz Keep’er Cool gauge, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Product Purpose
Keep’er Cool is an auxiliary voltage-monitoring and early-warning device designed to help alert the operator to abnormal charging-system voltage conditions. It is not a replacement for factory-installed warning systems, temperature gauges, routine inspections, preventative maintenance, or safe operating practices.
Installation & Use
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct Keep’er Cool model is selected for the intended vehicle or equipment.
Proper installation and wiring are required for correct operation. Installation should be performed by someone familiar with automotive or equipment electrical systems and must follow the supplied instructions and applicable vehicle or equipment manufacturer requirements.
AB Monitorz is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to maintain the vehicle or equipment, or operation outside the product's stated specifications, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Warnings & Voltage Readings
Voltage changes can occur for a variety of reasons. A warning or abnormal voltage reading does not necessarily indicate a fan-belt or alternator failure and should be investigated promptly.
Never rely solely on Keep’er Cool to prevent overheating, mechanical failure, property damage, personal injury, or other loss.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate. Information may be updated or corrected when necessary.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or other circumstances permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Warranty & Returns
Eligible products are subject to the AB Monitorz Lifetime Warranty and Return & Refund Policy. Additional terms and exclusions may apply as described in those policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AB Monitorz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or operation outside the product's stated specifications.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability, consumer rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Alberta and Canada.
