AB Monitorz Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your AB Monitorz purchase.

30-Day Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original condition with all components included.

Please contact AB Monitorz before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your Keep’er Cool gauge arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Installed or Used Products

Products that have been installed or used are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Product defects may instead be covered under the AB Monitorz Lifetime Warranty.

Damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, or operation outside the product's stated specifications is not considered a product defect.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by AB Monitorz or otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
